Healthy stress in itself is actually not bad, but unlike our ancestors we never get a break. We are challenged by constant low levels of stress that is detrimental to our physical health and emotional well-being. And we're unaware of it.
Flowstate - this is where the magic happens.
On our yoga mat we can finally let go. While we gracefully move our body through the asanas - strengthening, stretching, toning - the real work is happening inside, on a much deeper level. Body and mind are intrinsically connected, influencing each other and in constant communication.

Yoga is meditation through movement and breath. Balancing the nervous system and increasing testosterone (aka the confidence hormone). Improving sleep and concentration. Healthy digestion and a strong immune system. Muscle fibers get lean. Joints regain their juiciness.

15 years of daily practice worldwide gave me the tools to craft a unique sequence of postures. Blending traditional Hatha Yoga and the demanding Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series. Aligning movement and breath. Turning static asanas into a dynamic flow, and translating ancient yoga traditions into the demands of our modern, crazy world.
