In this crazy, fast-pasted world it almost seems impossible to find inner balance. The noise never stops - smartphones, socialmedia and the voice in our own head just do not shut up, ever!!
Healthy stress in itself is actually not bad, but unlike our ancestors we never get a break. We are challenged by constant low levels of stress that is detrimental to our physical health and emotional well-being. And we're unaware of it.
The Yogi and the Warrior
On our yoga mat we can finally let go. While we gracefully move our body through the asanas - strengthening, stretching, toning - the real work is happening inside, on a much deeper level.
When we change our physical state, we change our emotional state. Body and mind are intrinsically connected, influencing each other, in constant communication.
Yoga stimulates every cell in the body. Muscle fibers get lean. Joints regain their juiciness. Our internal organs become stronger.
Focus. Confidence. Wellbeing.
Yoga is meditation through movement and breath. Balancing the nervous system and increasing testosterone (aka the confidence hormone). Improving sleep and concentration. Healthy digestion and a strong immune system.
Flowstate. This is where magic happens.
15 years of daily practice with various yoga schools worldwide gave me the tools to craft a unique sequence of postures.
Blending traditional Hatha Yoga and the demanding Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series. Aligning movement and breath. Turning static asanas into a dynamic flow.
